At Paving the Way Sealcoating LLC, asphalt isn’t something we just recently got into. Owner Preston Dozier first began working in the asphalt industry in the 1980s and spent more than a decade learning the trade hands-on before moving into the coal mining industry. Years later, he returned to asphalt and founded Paving the Way Sealcoating to bring dependable, quality paving and sealcoating services to property owners throughout East Texas.

Today, our crew provides professional asphalt paving and sealcoating for residential and commercial properties throughout Tyler, Longview, Hawkins, Gilmer, Gladewater, Mount Pleasant, Athens, Marshall, and surrounding communities.
